Throwing a Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl tailgate party that would want to make Swoop come out of the stadium and attend is not hard. The two most important things are the decorating and the food.
A Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl party does not have to have grilled hamburgers and chips. Philadelphia has a sandwich named after them, so why not serve that instead of hamburgers. Most people don’t think about serving Philly cheese steak sandwiches because they can’t think of a way to grill them. The grill is mainly used to warm the meat. Prepare the thinly sliced steak, onions, and green peppers ahead of time. Place the mixture in a disposable tin pan and place in the refrigerator until game day. Heat up the grill and place the pan on top of the racks until the mixture is heated thoroughly. Place on sub rolls and immediately top with cheese. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil and place on the grill rack for a few minutes so that the cheese will melt. Unwrap and serve with chips and other sides. Serve sticky buns to satisfy that sweet tooth. If there is one thing besides the sandwiches that Philadelphia is known for, it is sticky buns.
Now that you have a great menu it is important to think about how to decorate the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl tailgate party. Eagles overhead tents can be purchased at most sporting goods stores. The important thing to remember is to incorporate midnight green, black, charcoal, silver, and white any way you can into your party. Just don’t forget to make Swoop the centerpiece that catches everybody’s attention.
