Have a roaring good Detroit Lions football tailgate party. Get your friends together for a home game and head out to the stadium. Give them plenty of advance notice so they can get tickets and make sure they know to come several hours before the game. Claim your spot in the parking lot with a cutout of the team mascot Roary the Lion. Stand him up on the roof of your car, van or truck to let your guests know where to find you. Bring folding tables and chairs. Little details count at a tailgate party so take the time to make a list of what you'll need. Decorate the food table and the chairs with the team colors of Honolulu blue, silver, black and white.

Make signs that read “Lions Pride” and “Super Bowl Ready”.
